Good Points

A good looking rifle, wood & metal work impressive, nice scope grove and indentions for scope stop, smooth & light cocking, record trigger, solid metal trigger & guard, very accurate and is choroning faster as it break in.
Because trigger is so smooth it easy and fun to shoot accurate. I may buy one in .22.

Bad Points

Screws back out after shooting, its possible to adjust the trigger so light that it will fire once the saftey is released. Easy fix with a turn of a screw drive. Nice rifle.

General Comments

The Xisico XS-B20, .177 cal just arrived with my TF97, I took the B20 out its box and it inspected it. I found that it was nicely made rifle with looks good it also had nice balance and flow. I cleaned the metal with some gun oil, polished the wood with furniture polish. This made wood and the metal work look even better. It is a good looking rifle. I took the Tasco 3x9x40 scope off the TF2522 replaced it with a Gamo 4x scope. I rearranged the scopes on 4 rifles to not have to buy another scope. I put a BSA Red dot on the TF41 that proved to be snazzy and accurate. Any way back to the B20.

At my range, it took maybe 6-8 shots before it was hitting center placing shots inside the 1" ring at 15 yards. I adjusted the scope & trigger it started cutting the center out of the target slightly to the right of POI, but they were key holing. At 150 rounds I noticed that as I released the safety the rifle would fire. I reset the trigger and it stopped. I continued key holing rounds at 15 yards for another 50 rounds, then I placed stick on, targets inside the 1" target and proceeded to fine tune the sight cutting the black center out. I switched rifles and cleaned up the B20.

This rifle is a piece of work, its trigger though not set to precision is outstanding, its cocking process is smoother then my 2500 round broke in Gamo S-1k. Its overall wood and metal work is better then the Gamos Shadow or 440 hunters. Is it as durable? That's yet to be seen, but I feel it has the potential to be most accurate rifle I own because of its record trigger. It's definitely fun to shoot. I'm impressed, I've taken the front sight off and the rear sight and will place a muzzle break on it to give it that R9 deluxe or Gold trigger look. That sleek Beeman look.

I don't know if my expectation is less then others or what, but I see nothing wrong with this rifle. I own a Tactical 308 rifle with a very crisp, light trigger and I'd say the B20's trigger is just as good. Where as the Gamo modified trigger is still a little musy, but fine for any purpose you want to use a hunting air rifle for. I've shot some fine custom air guns with excellent triggers but I don't think I need anything that expensive or a trigger that razor tuned. And point of fact I can't afford a $675-$1500 rifle!!

The B20 does recoil pretty hard because at 250 rounds it stripped one of the screws in the Simmons scope mount. That I took off the hard recoil TF25. I bought some Leopold mounts and resighted the scope in 5 shots. Now I expected that because of my research, but I had hoped the S-mounts would be strong enough. Maybe I don't sweat the small stuff, but I didn't see that a big deal.

I might get another B20 in .22, it's either that or a surplus Beeman S-1 6 months down the road. But so far I'm pleased, with the performance of the B20 I can't wait to see it shot at our ranges 75 yard targets.

I'll get Charlie Tuna to tune it and puts some R9 upgrade parts on it and I'll be done then I'll just shoot the crap out of it.
