Good Points

Picture quality, realy is very good.

Bad Points

It broke down within 2 months of purchase plus could not get the TV facility to work. After sales are impossible to get hold of. As I am now stuck with an expensive and inoperable monitor, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this particular monitor or KISS to anybody.

After sales are impossible to get hold of. As I am now stuck with an expensive and inoperable monitor, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this particular monitor or KISS to anybody.

I must say that this reliability problem, plus the fact that there is no real after sales service is really worrying.
I think you should directly contact the hotline of Kiss and get the product repaired or exchanged.
Personnally, I had to exchange my monitor twice in the two first weeks before I got an "acceptable" product (without taking into account the poor behaviour of the TV software).
I have also remarked that the screen gets "marked" by bright fixed parts of TV pictures (such as the channel logo), and this marking disappears only after a long time (more than 30 minutes).
The first time I remarked it, I was really afraid that this marking would stay for ever ...
This effect, according to a specialist of Sharp (which has very good but expensive LCD TVs), indicates a poorly designed TFT driving circuitry...
This product is now discontinued by Kiss.

I have since managed to return the monitor with a full refund and have replaced it with a totally reliable Phillips TFT widescreen monitor. Sorry, don't have model number to hand but can supply should you require.
Shame about the KISS monitor as thought it was a sexy looking piece of kit.
