Swissairs brand new terminal D was good
Terible services, aircraft falling apart, food terible, very uncomfortable seats
I flew on Swiss International Air Lines back in March, with an infant, and they couldn't even give me a basinet on my return flight. They blamed their problem on the travel agent, they did not even make an effort at their very own Swissair terminal to get a basinet installed for the infant. We were also moved 2 times for no reason - can you imagine how hard that was with an infant?
The seats were very uncomfortable, both on my way out and back, I was suffering from a neck pain for several days after this flight...
Aircrafts were very old, toilets weren't working, the monitors had big cracks on them. the cabin did not pressurise properly, and also had ear problems...
Food was terrible; I can't believe they could give us such cheap food on this aircraft...
That's the last time I fly with them.
