Good Points
An excellent off-floor all-over abs workout. Comfortable. Easy to use

Bad Points
Pricier than some on-floor products. Not suiteable for very tall people

General Comments
I should start by saying I'm a bit of an exercise addict. I got my six pack last year and, call me vain, I want to keep it!

The Instant Abs machine is quite simple to use. It came in a flat box and it just unfolds and the seat/foot rest screws in and voila!

What I liked about the machine instantly, was how little strain it put on my back after several sessions. If you're very tall (above 6ft), you'' struggle to keep your feet on the rests, but otherwise, Id say it's pretty well designed and quite sturdy.

There are side-bars at the foot rest that you can add weight discs onto (once you reach a level that requires much more resistance) but I found that sliding down the seat 3" leveraged my own body weight enough to increase the resistance substantially

This is the best investment I made - with a caveat! It only works if you use it ;-)
