Easy to qualify.

Bad Points
Horrible web site. High fees for online payments. Low starting credit availability. High startup fees. Monthly maintenance fees.

General Comments
People should not complain too much about the Aspire Visa Credit card because they wouldn't have it unless they had to due to poor credit. At least this is an option. Unlike other cards in this category such as Plains Commerce and First Premier, this card has a horrible web site where you can't manage much online. Even though I have never used customer service, other reviews confirm that their customer service via the phone is bad too. I only use this card to pay for a few cheap things and then pay them off through my own online bill payment service just so I can try to get my credit rating up.
