Extremely poor trained staff who don't know anything about handsets or networks.

General Comments
Believe me !!! Phones4U company is totally rubbish. I had to cancel my t-mobile contract just because of the fault of phones4u. During filling up my form they added me to my cousins account (who had an account with t-mobile) and then refused to accept that it was their fault (simply denied to discuss on the matter!!!) even though I had WRITTEN PROOF of their mistake. A lot of their staff are Chinese (personally its not a problem) but they can't either speak or understand English and have no knowledge on handsets or network tarrifs. Please be aware that the staff always seem to lie (I VARIFIED it by visiting different phones4u outlets), gives false information on tarrifs and offers. All they want is to sell a product to you somehow!!! The store managers are even worse and very rude. Sometimes they have seemingly good offers BUT PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT!!! Once they've sold you a product YOU ARE HISTORY TO THEM!!! Trust me on this!!!
