General Comments

I have been with Vodafone for about 12 years, and have generally been very happy with them....until now!
They have always been a little dearing than most other networks, for instance 12p per text where most others are 10p.
I have just ordered a Sony Ericcson K700i because I liked the look (and the features) of my friends which is on Orange. I have just found out that you can't use MP3s as ring tones on Vodafone, because there software doesn't support it (straight from the horses mouth at the Vodafone shop). Vodafone also does away with the very smart animated 3d graphic icons, and replaces them with their own 2d ones (which look like a 5 year old kid has just drawn), which again I was told is because of their Vodafone live software (which I have NEVER used on my Panasonic GD87 in 2 years, so will probably never use).
I have decided to give O2 a try, as I have heard their coverage is a little better where I live than Orange etc.
