Namco,Soul Calibur is easily the best fighting game of its time and even to this day is still one of the best ones. Character physics are realistic and graphics are stunning. The soundtrack is also very well done with styles relating to different characters, periods in time and locations. All this makes for a very enjoyable, high quality game.
