Good Points

They are very good at taking your money


Bad Points

They are very bad if you have any claims at all, even if it's just one claim. They WILL cancel your policy


General Comments

We have insured our office with Zurich Business Insurance of North America for over 10 years. Last month there was a burglary in the building and we filed a claim for $2100. We received a letter 3 days later informing us that our policy was canceled due to risk previously not considered. Not only that, it's been a month since we submitted our claim and they still have not reviewed it. On top of that, the adjustor I've been in contact with is very rude. I won't be surprised at all if they do not pay out. After 10 years of insuring with them, they canceled our policy for a measly $2100 claim (our only claim ever).
