Good Points

None whatsoever. I am forced to be honest about the screen quality and features. But these are not much use if you cannot get the phone to work.

Bad Points

No signal, cutting out "initializing", poor battery life, ghost messages (indicates one has been received, but nothing there!), resembles a brick, cannot receive incoming calls anymore - doesn't record if anyone has tried to get through.

General Comments

Avoid the NEC e616 phone at all costs. (See Bad Points)

I have had similar problems with mine (the ghost messages, poor signal, cutting out and re-initialising) but the icing on the cake was the other day when it decided to have a memory crash and lose all the data I had on it. Phone numbers, personal photos, videos and games, ringtunes, videos which I had spent over £100 on all lost, fantastic! To add to this, those lovely people who dealt with me from the 3 network (I think they call it customer services or something) said that they would not compensate me for a single thing. Not even the fact that I have to put up with that lousy James piggin Bond ringtune!! How nice of them.
