General Comments

I bought the SMK 3-9x40 scope with an SMK DB4 Underlever which was a terrible airgun so i bought, well.. got for my birthday, an Edgar Bros. M.60. I kept the scope and returned the rest of the DB4 kit for extra "funding". I popped the scope on top and was in heaven. It never lost it's zero, even on a full power springer. When i got an Air-Arms s200 and gave the Edgar to my dad, i nicked the scope and stuck it on top. If it is possible it was even better on a pre-charged. I have to say, Chinese/Japanese products get a bad reputation, and for good reason - that damn DB4 gave me a splinter!, but the optics should be excluded as they are very good pieces of kit.

Glad to hear that someone else is enjoying the "cheaper" end of air gunning, I to have a SMK 3x9x40 scope, only difference, it has the Illuminated Reticule, very handy at dusk or in a dense and dark wooded area, looking out them pesky tree rats. Had it fitted to the SMK XSB20 .22 fist off, then upgraded to the Webley Venom Viper .22, worked well on both, only now I have put it back on to my XSB20, and put my SMK 4x40 on the Viper, as my NV adapter fits this one better, I am mainly on night shooting now for rabbits, with the nights drawing in.

Maybe its just me being obsessed with quality but my scope broke! and my mates one did to, Now he finally got a hawke scope like me, My S200 is thanking me as his my mates Falcon FN19!. But until it broke I thought it was pretty good.
