My local branch (Stratford East) is always very well laid out with stock easy to find. The assistants are ALWAYS friendy and incredibly helpful. I NEVER pass WHS when I am out shopping, it drags me in like a magnet!!
Not always able to order certain books especially if they are not on the WHS Database.
On every visit to my local WHSmith I ususlly find something new and interesting. Before our branch was built, my Father and I used to have to catch the bus to Ilford but now WHS is just a short walk away. Highly enjoyable store to visit, great staff, great prices (especially the recent sale) and great atmosphere. Love it!!
