Good Points

Can't think of any. At first I liked it because it was smaller and had the flip cover but those positive points were soon over shadowed by functionality problems.

Bad Points

Antenna just fail off. Side buttons are exposed so that it is easy to bump and change the ring style without you realizing it. Murphy's Law is it will go to silent so you miss all your calls. Voice command - does not work! Drops calls in areas that Nokia phones do not. The phone may be small but the holster is huge. Did not pick up service in my neighborhood. My Nokia always did.

General Comments

My husband and I purchased Motorola V60's because of the small selection that AT&T offered in their stores. We also selected these phones because we needed national coverage and at the time 3/19/04 the new GSM service would not offer the same vase coverage. We were stuck with basically one choice. Less than 7 months after our purchase this phone is discontinued in their stores. (There is a real shocker!)

Less than a week ago, I spoke with a friend that has had three of these phone. All of which have lost their antennas. No sooner did I hear about this antenna issue did I experience it myself. There was no dropping the phone or mishandling of the phone. I simply picked it up off my dresser one morning and the antenna just feel off. I had noticed it was becoming loose but I did not expect it to just drop off. (HINT: Should you notice your antenna getting loose take it in right away so that they don't claim that your broke it off from dropping your phone and created physical damage.)

I pulled my paper work and returned to the AT&T store. To no avail the incompetent minimum wage employee was unable to offer any solution. I could of course purchase a new phone all together or purchase a temporary phone and ship this one off. Neither option was something I was willing to be pressured into. The sad part about the entire visit to the store was that the manager on duty didn't even come over to offer some assistance. Very poor customer service. (That location was on Abernathy Road in Atlanta, GA. BEWARE!)

I agree with the comments I have read on this site. I would only recommend this phone to someone I really did not like. Motorola and AT&T offer very very poor customer service. They do not honor their warrantees on their products.
