None, yet! though it is expensive. I payed £85
General Comments
I've only had the modem for 2 days but it seems to be running fine on my computer (which runs on WinXP). I can get a solid 550 kbs (nearly the maximum avalible to me) with a good download source. My ISP is freeserve.
