First time I've dealt with this firm, and it was a good experience. I'll buy from them again.
I can't think of any at the moment
Salesperson at DFS was excellent, and pointed out some things we had not noticed about the item we originally wanted to purchase, which made it totally unsuitable for us (we would not have thought of checking a certain point).
Salesperson made absolutely sure we understood what we were purchasing and the care it would take.
Was very clear regarding delivery time and the fact that it might be a bit longer.
Delivery men were brilliant - I had arranged for my old couch to be moved and had been let down - they asked where I wanted it, and just moved it for me. They were very poilite and nice, and refused my offer of a cup of tea.
