I bought a laptop from the computer shop and when it got delivered(or should I say when I picked it up from local pacel force delivery depot because I was misinformed by shop on delivery date). It crashed after 3 hours. I rang the shop and they told me I would have to buy a reload CD I think it was a bout 40 quid. I took it back to the shop and said I wanted a refund they said ok. Two hours later they rang me back and said they had got it working again so I travelled back to the shop and they said it had crashed again! I asked for a refund and the shop manager said it would take 5-10 days for refund.
I asked him to give me a receipt and asked him to write down refund time (5-10 days) he wrote down 7-14 days! I told him he said 5-10 days he denied this. 10 days later no refund! I went back to shop and asked again they told me 14-28 days! I rang the customer service help line they told me upto 30 days! What is going on with these jokers. I would not buy a piece of paper form these people and make a point of telling everyone I ever meet who owns a computer not to deal with them. Well thats my rant.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY FULLSTOP.
