I went in and explained that I wanted to change from a PAYG phone and start using a contract agreement. I told them that I wanted to keep my original phone number to save texting everyone in my phonebook with a new number. They said this wasn't problem. Well, it clearly was a problem because they FORGOT. After actually using the phone a bit, waiting for my number to change, they told me I would have to go back into the store, they would have to DISCONNECT the phone and start again. Signing all the paperwork all over again!
