Programme dial must be precisely set.


General Comments

Had the machine over a year now - it frequently "twangs" as the motor attempts to move the drum and sometimes fails to reach a spin speed at all! Thought we were just overloading the drum as it has a small loading capacity (1/2 for synthetics) so didn't contact for service in fear of being charged for a no fault call-out, but I can see now from other reviews that a common fault exists in the motor board.

Programme must be precisely set by the correct number of tiny clicks as even the user manual states this will prevent the machine from washing correctly.

Wanted a basic cheap machine, nothing fancy, but this one is just pathetic and driving the mrs to tears :-(

Do NOT buy - I would NOT recommend this model to anyone!!!
