At first contact I thought that the operators to establish service were very efficient and could provide me with all my services in one package, but...
Bad Points
Operators and others gave me some BAD info. and lead me on a goose chase for something that wasn't available!!!
General Comments
Operator agreed to set up phone service and asked if I was interested in DSL. I told her that providing it is available absolutely. She confirmed that it was available. She then took my credit card info. to bill me for S&H on a modem. Then asked if I wanted DirecTV. Well, providing that I can get my high speed internet service through the phone, then I wouldn't need cable. So I signed up for that also. NO modem ever came. No DSL is available here!!!! So now I had to pay $137 to cancel my satellite TV, but I could not cancel through them. I had to again call Verizon. By this time, I had this number on speed dial! Several e-mails and complaints, but no responses yet. It has been two months!!!
