Big Door.... and it was cheap.

General Comments

Like anyone who buys one of these units, the price is the only reason to purchase one. If you do, make sure you also get an extended warrantee from the retailer because the Hoover warrantee is horrible. 5 years on the parts may sound attractive but the £85 call out each time to service is outrageous. In fairness to Hoover though, they do not service their own appliances, they outsource to GIAS, who again has local agents. Outsourced outsourcing! Enough said about the service!
