Spot ON Counter Staff, Very friendly and very helpfull
Technical Staff: Nothing is too much for them, they will help you and show a lot of patience.
On very rare occasions, something will go wrong, like anywhere else, they are very quick to put right. I had a "Barebones computer built to save me time, they put the wrong HDD and CD Rom.
They corrected it immediately.
I don't know who did the previous review of SpotOn Computers but it must have been a different company than I have dealt with for well over 10 yrs.
