The truck has a little over 292k. I bought truck new and have had very good use out of it. I change the oil every 3,000 miles or less, that's it. Along with other mandatory changes from time to time (tires,etc)
Bad Points
So called free paint recall cost me over $250 through Ashley Ford in New Bedford! So be for warned if you return truck to dealer for this recall! Also although I have all this mileage on my truck with addition of rebuilt engine I never thought my seat belt would fail, How can a seat belt wear out?
General Comments
In all, the Ford F150 truck has been very reliable. Other than replacing engine with a rebuilt after 200,000 miles on motor.
