POOR SERVICE> Lost money, no plates.
General Comments
It has been 2 weeks today since I ordered my personalised number plates from Craigs Plates (www.craigsplates.com) and still NO PLATES delivered, money taken and order placed for special delivery. Not responding to email and no one on the other end of the call...

I can understand why a competitor may write a review trying to make their competition look bad, but why would the same competitor then say 'actually problem sorted - Give em a go!'? What makes you think this person is your competitor? You're going to get some bad reviews from time to time its the way it works, the positive thing is that in the end you sorted their problem and it seems that they went away happy.
