very poor customer service on business bank accounts! Constant repeated requests to talk to our team business manager & no return calls!!
Lack of communication & support from our Bank of Scotland Business Bank Account team bank manager led to an unforeseen minor overdraft (after spending 2 years seeking a small overdraft account of £2500, with NO response to our many phone calls!) no INTERNET banking forms sent & not operationalised despite this request 5 years ago at our initial face-to-face application at Dundee branch. Horrible unorganised chaotic not supportive customer service. This minor overdraft resulted in visa payment not being paid AND as a result cancellation of VISA (after a 5 year history of full payment every month!) These people don't care for their business customers at all - DON'T APPLY!!!
