Good Points

Durable construction (except antenna)
Backlit external caller i.d.
Easy to use software and "hot keys"


Bad Points

Antenna, antenna, antenna, antenna
Numeric keypad almost too small to use accurately "on the go"


General Comments

I love the durablity of the V60 's body. I am a cell phone abuser...........I destroyed two star-tacs in 6 months. Most other phones would have desintegrated under my wrath. I have been pounding on the same V60 for more than 2 years with barely a scratch. (what the hell is this thing made of?)

The telescoping antenna is the only real flaw. Luckilly they are easy and cheap to replace. (my verizon store charges 5 bucks for the 30 second procedure).
