Terrible Customer Service, Slow Administration
I sent funds via internet transfer to pay off the balance of my car loan in order to use my car as part exchange for a new one. Every time I called GE Capital Woodchester they claimed not to have received the money. I was counting on a swift transfer, in order to seal the deal on my new car, I did not find GE Capital swift at all. They admitted that the money was 'probably' in their account, but that they couldn't see it on their 'system'. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I couldn't. Very obstructive. I certainly won't be using them EVER again.
