Fairly easy to download.
Bad Points
I have just a few weeks to go before renewal, however, I found I was unable to download three of the recent updates, after spending days e-mailing Norton, I discovered that the whole application needed to be un-installed, then re-installed, only problem is, without paying an additional fee, er-install can only be done up to 60 days after the initial software download. Clearly, I will not be renewing my annual subscription.
General Comments
Norton AntiVirus 2004 works fairly well, but it still let dialers through. (See bad points)

I am now at the renewal point and am comparing Norton Antivirus 2004 Pro or its current version with other scanners on the market. I have been pleased with the performance of Antivirus 2004 thus far. This is especially true of its Anti Spyware features and the information that it made available on each Spyware program of what it did and how to remove it by hand if the automatic method did not work. I have not seen many dialers get through since I began using the product a year ago. On rare occasions a virus was found in a scan that did not get stopped prior to downloading. I would rate the product either 7 or 8.
