Rooms are really hot, a/c is absolutely rubbish, Thomson reps are uninterested and just want to sell you trips
General Comments
Tenerife Princess Hotel should definitely be downgraded to a 3 star, it is no way a 4. The room temperature is unbearable. ok the pool area is nice but after a couple of nights you'll want to sleep in it. the food is average. .it seems a lot of cash for 14 sweaty nights.
