Good Points

Simple to operate. Has slightly quicker transfer time/cheque clearance time than other web accounts (such as Cahoot) and monthly interest so you can see how your interest is amassing.

Bad Points

None so far and I've been running it for a year now

General Comments

ING Direct Savings Account are quick to inform you of changes of interest rates and seem quick to change them too. I've not had any problems with my account whatsoever so have had no need to telephone them. Emails have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Competitive interest rates.
