I had to cancelled a ticket with Airline Networks the cancellation fee is £100, the ticket cost was 521.30 pounds, they refunded my credit card all but the 111.70 like they said which I expected them to do, as that was the total cancellation fee, but then six days after refunding me they sent me a invoice asking me to pay the 409.60 that they had refunded me. I cancelled my tickets at least a week before departure by phone and email like they requested and sent the tickets back by registered mail like they requested. The tickets were cancelled by phone and email to them by me on the 7th of September the tickets flight day would of been the 15th September my credit card company told me they had refunded on the 24th of September all but the ticket cancellation fee which I expected but then on the 30th of September I received an invoice for the total money that they had refunded my asking for immediate payment of £409.60p to phrase it in their own works total travel cost 409.60 Balance due to us IMEDIATELY Immediately being in capital letters on their invoice to me. I was told at the time of booking this ticket that the cancellation cost was £100 plus credit card fees I was told at the time of cancelling this booking that I would only have to pay the cancellation fee but it seems to me that they don't like to stick to there own rules and regulations and go back on their word and written policy's regarding tickets, they think they are putting people off getting a refund but the real truth is they have put me off of ever booking tickets with them again as they obviously cant be trusted to stick to their word which is important in any business to be able to trust that business as honest.

    I am at the moment getting a lot of rubbish from them and I to will not want to use them again, I am sure they are only interested in commission.
