General Comments

DO NOT Buy from Techtronics
I bought my first DVD player from the Techtronics Online Audio / Visual Equipment Shops in 2001 and was very impressed with the player and the speed in which the player was delivered, so when I decided it was time to buy a new player I thought I would use Techtronics again - Big Mistake.

I ordered my new DVD player on the 17th August, It is now the end of September and no sign of my DVD player.
Using the online tracking my order showed as confirmed until the beginning of September when it changed to allocated, they took the money from my credit card on the 6th September

Since the 6th September I have not been able to access the web site, any e-mails I send are returned with a "host not found" message, The Automated Phone Line tells you that your call is being tranferred but nothing happens, just silence!

I am now left thinking I am not going to see this new DVD Player and will try to get my money back.

My Advice to anyone thinking of buying from Techtronics is Dont, that is if you can get on the website.
