Good Points

I really can't think of many - certainly not enough to fill this space!

Bad Points

Epson's own refills are expensive (correction VERY expensive)
Printer extremely reluctant to perform with compatible ink refills.
(The only good thing I can say about Epsom is that I have had one of their 'Perfection' scanners for a year or so and this has been a very good buy.)

General Comments

Epson's own refills are expensive, so like a lot of other people I used compatible refills which the C62 printer kept on refusing to acknowledge, and in consequence point blank refused to work.
It went dead on me many times, and I kept on having to uninstall and reinstall the driver which was frustrating and time wasting.
I would never ever have an Epson printer again for as long as I live....the only reason why I bought it in the first instance was that the reviews at that time were good, but it all goes to prove that you should not believe all that you see.

    Dear paulsway2003,
Thank you indeed for your suggestion.
I gave up in the end and binned the Epson C62 out of sheer desperation.
I have now got a Canon i350 printer which really is sheer magic after the Epson.
Once again, thank you for the suggestion and kind regards to you.
    Roger.
