Good Points

Excellent "In Credit" Interest Rate
(Even better if you opt not to get a cheque book)
Very Low APR on Loans and Credit Cards
Simple to Use Site


Bad Points

Statements not quite detailed enough
Slow To Get Cheques Cleared
Site Can Often Be Down For Maintainence


General Comments

I have been with Cahoot (www.cahoot.com) internet banking for 3 years, I have a loan and credit card with them too and have generally been very pleased. Only needed to call them on two occasions when there were problems with my debit cards.

There rates are excellent all-round, which is quite rare, most banks have a good loan or a good credit card - I feel that Cahoot look after me which is something that the "Big 5" have always failed at.
