Overall the Medion P4 system is pretty good, very quick. Bought from Aldi 14 months ago. A very quick and versatile computer. One major problem being the Re-writing facilities, they all of a sudden stopped recording and there is no help available from the support line. No answer to E-mail's and no answer by telephone. To summarize it is good system until you encounter a problem.

I recently bought the later model MD8383 from Aldi and had a problem out of the box. I contacted Medion with no problems and after carrying out some diagnostic tests, was advised to take it back to Aldi for a replacement. This I did with no problems and the new machine is working perfectly. On the basis of this experience I would recommend both Medion and Aldi for their customer service.
