Good Points

Good insurance cover (monthly).
Quick to replace stolen or damaged phone.


Bad Points

Replacement phone was really rubbish and it took 10min to write a text unlike with a Nokia, 30sec.


General Comments

Bought a Nokia 3510i from them and it broke down after 9 months. Called into the Carphone Warehouse and they sent mine away and gave me a replacement phone for the time. (Although very rubbish) A new (ish) Nokia 3510i was returned to me in less than a week. The 3510i they gave me was in excellent condition. Although they generally give you phones that were used once and sent back so not exactly new but close enough.
