Jaypur Balti Cuisine - The service here was rather poor. The waiters plonked two dishes on the table that were very hot, too hot to pick up and we were given nothing to handle them with, so using servettes I asked for clean ones, this seemed to put the waiter out .

Then when paying the bill there wasn't even a thank you. I find this rude as in a customer-focused business a smile from the waiters wouldn't go amiss either. I'm sorry but if you want new customers to come back a second time they need to learn a better customer service.
