I see I'm not the only one to get incompetent service from if.com Intelligent Finance.
I should have known when my initial (substantial) deposit was credited to someone else's account. Since then several cheques have been lost or mis-posted.
I shan't be sorry to see the back of this 'bank'.

    IF claim that it's always other peoples fault that cheques take so long to clear due to them being delayed. When I first joined some bright spark sent out"second class" prepaid envelopes to send cheques for paying in. That would have meant that it would have taken two weeks to clear. Bad enough they pocket two days of our money as it is!

    Methinks they need new chiefs who know what their doing.
