Good Points

Affordable with easy controls.


Bad Points

Breaks down constantly. Servis "Care" Line does not at all. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased.


General Comments

Servis M3024 - Bad Machine even worse service (SERVIS). Purchased in January 2002. Broke down in March 2003 (would not spin at all) engineer came out, did not have the circuit board on the van, had to order it and the machine was finally repaired 4 weeks later, this was obviously done under warranty. Due to this I decided to get some additional insurance cover for the machine (good job really). Worked ok until September 13th 2004, when it developed the same fault. The engineer arrived on Tuesday 14th did not have the 'SAME' circuit board as before on the van so it had to be ordered he said "it should take 3 days" for them to receive it, I phoned on 20th and 24th and the part had still not arrived. I can only guess that I am looking at another 4 week stint.........Servis must have shares in launderettes.
