Overall Rating
- Value for money

Bill Carter, Fools Rush in - Carter's book spanks the critics who claim Generation X is self-indulgent and apathetic. His adventure proves that a person with the will can change the world and himself. It isn't too far-fetched to suggest that he may be single-handedly responsible for ending the war in Bosnia. The book is sentimental without being sappy and bold but not arrogant. Bill Carter has the makings of an important American writer.
