Total lack of interest
Spoke to a guy in Bank of Scotland call centre re opening a Business Bank Account. I asked if I could arrange a meeting with someone in branch to go over business plan etc but was told this was all done over the phone now. Took very little details from me and read the usual data protection stuff to me as in his script and was told someone would be in touch. Received a letter the next day telling me that unfortunately they had decided to decline my request!! Very poor customer service as far as I am concerned and BoS need to get back to dealing with branches direct for this type of thing.
