Great TV............not after 17 months I have been told the tube has gone......over £600 to repair.

General Comments

I can't believe it!!!!!! I rang Philips customer services about my 32PW6506 who told me to write a letter with proof of purchase and the recommended repairer's fault report, and they may compensate me in some way..(yeah right I bet I don't hear anything from them for a while). In the mean time I am without a TV and there is football on tomorrow.
