Value for money - simple to use.

Bad Points
Very bad support.

General Comments
I had the Rockbox and it was great for 10 months, it then developed a problem - after 5 months of emailing for tech support, I am still waiting for a firm response - it is disgraceful - I will never buy from this company again!
