    Good Points

    Free automated service that gives you your balance and option of last few transactions
    If you need to speak to somebody the menu is short
    Customer Service is polite and very well infomed
    Can arrange a variety of things on the phone eg ovedraft on clubcard plus account and arranging other products insurance etc


    Bad Points

    Hard to find a bad point


    General Comments

    I have phoned Tesco telephone banking with queries such as applying for an overdraft, adding another account name, applying for life insurance and everytime the person has been able to answer my questions fully.
    I have never had to hold for more than 2 minutes
    I wish that other banks would take a leaf out of tesco telephone banking and train their staff up to this standard and not have long winding menus that make your finger sore from pressing all the options
