Soul ripped and it can't be fixed. They also cut in on your little toe and it hurts

Etnies Sal 23 are great. But I had mine for 3 weeks and the soul ripped and it can't be fixed. They also cut in on your little toe and it hurts, but if it went for the rip I would wear them. It makes me mad that it's cost me $50 for a shoe I used for 3 weeks ....I want my money back
