Fairly modern reception and public areas
Staff friendly and sorted out complaints fairly fast

No place for a quiet drink (advertised piano bar closed.
Pool over crowded
antiquainted lifts, only 3 of the six appeared to work.
Food poor.
General Comments
We were disappointed with the quality of the hotel it is badly in need of refurbishment. The staff were helpful and did put right what they could.
Although booked for Half Board we only ate in the restuarants on two of our seven nights.
