They will be going down the tubes soon. Untill then we can buy cheap phones

The shop door is unlocked. We buy cheap phones from 'em.


General Comments

Salisbury... Being they had the lowest price in town for a T Mobile phone. My daughter requested to purchase a replacement for a stolen phone. OK, she is short on the large size (very) 18 but great. She was told it won't work where we live (even though it was a replacement?) The assistant flatly refused to sell her a phone and sent her out of the shop. In goes Mum later same day. Abridged version; Told the girl it does work we have 2 others at home working OK 'JUST GET THE PHONE'. In comes the manager, 'yes madam certainly' 'Oh dear, our computer tells us we have none in stock'. Mum now leaves shop, by now at boiling temp. Plan two: Mum seeks Son (15 years) in town to help the purchase of said phone. Son enters shop 20 mins. later. Asks for T Mobile phone. No questions asked as to where we live. Pays cash. Walks from shop with required T Mobile phone. ( Mum and daughter hiding around corner ). 2mins later Mum, and son re-enter shop. ( daughter too scared to go in). Confronts manager. 'I didn't know he was your-Ah we just had a delivery in. So if they can do nothing else. they can sure unload a lorry, unpack and place said phone on shelf quick. So never complain that LINK try to sell you any old phone. Sometomes they try to never sell. If you are over weight and under size, don't buy T Mobile. It wont work for you. From the people that know, LINK. Linked to what???? Not customer curtesy.
