Good Points

Comprehensive, easy to understand and professional - the real deal rather than silly 'pop psychology'. Software is very user-friendly, with lots of options for profiling individuals and teams. Training is excellent - very impressed.

Bad Points

None yet. (I'm running pre-release software as part of an evaluation program, so some bugs expected, but even so it's really easy to use.)

General Comments

Insight Matters Expert Psychological Profiler for Business - I've been working with HR applications and surrounded by organizational psychologists for 25 years, and this is the best staff profiling tool I've ever encountered. It doesn't lump people into boxes, but really brings an individual to life. Gives lots of leverage for managing and developing staff. Love the 360-profiler!! Also useful to inform recruitment, if you want to use it that way.
My training was run by the head of research behind this tool, so maybe I was lucky, but it was excellent. Really professional and useful.
