Good Points

Great for the kids, hotel was clean and tidy, no major problems at all, all were friendly, great resort, reps were great.


Bad Points

My 3 and a half year old fell out of her bed on to the tiled floor. When I asked for a double bed they refused and put 2 single matresses on the floor


General Comments

We thoroughly enjoyed this holiday and plan to go back next year. Great for the kids, Club Gran Playa was clean and tidy, no major problems at all, all were friendly, great resort, reps were great.
