General Comments

My computer was supposed to be delivered to the computer shop in 3 working days it took 3 weeks to evetually get it. I was not happy to begin with.

I bought a time xp3000 supposed to be super quick with everything on I needed to do gaming and copying cds/dvds etc. cost me £900. And since I got it in May, it has been back to the technician 3 times for various problems including a new hard drive.

I have only once been able to copy a CD and never again. The machine is telling me that the burn process is complete and yet there is never anything on the disks.

I am at my wits end and sick to the back teeth of trying different ways to fix it. It is the worst PC I have ever bought. The lads at the computer shop gave me a customer service number to ring but can never get through.
