Mixture of cream & powder, so is not waxy and is easy to apply and blend.

General Comments
Virgin Vie, Brow Definition is the best eyebrow pencil I have used. If you "scribble" on the back if your hand and use the eyebrow brush to pick up the colour, you get a really natural look, not drawn in like some brands.
The mix of powder and cream makes it lighter and easier to "sort" if you make mistakes.

on 11th Apr 2006i used to use elizabeth arden, then i started selling virgin vie, and i think all the products are fantastic, and personally my skin feels so wonderful, i will now not use any thing else, skincare products are fab, and the colours go on lovely too, all my friends say i look about 35yrs old, i wish. so go on spoil yourself try virgin vie. 30 day money back guarantee.
